01
Thu, 16 July · 2 hours
ChatGPT Reasoning models

Foundations, ChatGPT, and what you have been missing.

Most working professionals use a fraction of what ChatGPT can do. This session covers the rest — including the parts almost no one finds on their own.

02
Fri, 17 July · 2 hours
NotebookLM Fireflies Gamma Napkin AI

NotebookLM, Fireflies, Gamma — working as one workflow.

Four tools joined into a single chain. From a meeting recording to a polished deck, end to end, in front of you.

03
Sat, 18 July · 2 hours
Claude Skills Projects

Claude, and the documents it actually produces.

Claude's Skills feature produces real, downloadable Office documents — formatted properly, ready to send. For anyone whose week is spent in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, this is the most useful session.

Sun, 19 July · 2 hours
Copilot Gemini in Workspace Privacy

Build your AI system — privacy, workflow, habits.

Four hours of tool training becomes a system. What is safe to share, what to pay for, how to choose between tools, and the AI sitting quietly inside the Microsoft and Google products you already use.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU

Six things you will actually be able to do by the end of the workshop.

No theory. No "AI could one day." These are the specific capabilities you walk out with — drawn from across all four sessions, on the tools you already have access to.

i.

Analyse a real spreadsheet, without writing a formula.

Upload an Excel, find anomalies, compare quarters, build charts and forecasts. The single most useful capability in ChatGPT for anyone in finance, sales, ops or HR.

ii.

Turn a meeting into a deck, in twenty minutes.

Fireflies → NotebookLM → Gamma, working as a chain. Meeting recording to follow-up email to shareable deck, end to end. A working day saved every week.

iii.

Get real Office documents, not text on a screen.

Claude's Skills produce real Word reports, PowerPoint decks, Excel models and filled PDF forms. Formatted properly. Ready to send.

iv.

Talk to a 200-page document, and get cited answers.

NotebookLM lets you question a long report, contract or policy document — with citations back to the source line. No invented facts, no hallucinations.

v.

Use the AI that is already inside your Outlook.

Copilot in Microsoft 365 and Gemini in Google Workspace are already on your desk if your office pays for either. Most people have never opened them.

vi.

Know what is safe to paste, and what is not.

A clear set of rules for client data, salary information, contracts and confidential work — across free, paid and enterprise accounts.

That is the syllabus. Here is the seat.

Eight hours of live teaching, twenty demonstrations, and everything that comes with it – recordings, prompts library, takeaways, alumni group.

By signing up, you agree to receive workshop details via email and WhatsApp.

Frequently asked Questions

A few things people usually ask.

I already use ChatGPT regularly. Will I learn anything new?

Almost certainly. Most regular ChatGPT users we meet have never opened the Custom Instructions screen, never uploaded a spreadsheet for analysis, and have not used Claude’s Skills, NotebookLM with long documents, or the AI sitting inside their Microsoft and Google products. Sessions two, three and four assume some prior ChatGPT use and move past the basics quickly.

No. The workshop is built for non-technical working professionals. No code, no command line, no jargon. If you can use Word, Excel and email, you have everything you need.

We’ll cover the privacy model in the session — what to upload, what to keep out, and how the free and paid plans differ on data use.

Reach out on WhatsApp if you would like a team rate for three or more participants from the same organisation.

For some of the more advanced demonstrations — particularly in session three with Claude — a paid subscription helps you follow along on your own machine. We will tell you exactly what is worth subscribing to before the cohort begins, and several tools we cover are free. Session four includes a clear framework for what to pay for given your role, so you can decide on an informed basis rather than subscribing to everything.

Recordings go out within 24 hours and stay with you. The takeaways, prompts and checklists are sent alongside. Missing a live session is not ideal — you lose the chance to share a real task for a live demonstration — but it is not the end of the workshop either.

Yes. Session one starts from a low base — interface, prompting, the things almost no one configures properly. The more advanced demonstrations are accessible to anyone who can use a web browser. If you have used ChatGPT once or twice, you are in the right place.
